- RNA secondary structure in yeast
- -----------Experimentally measured RNA secondary structure in yeast-------------------------------------------------- Description: here are the data taken from the paper "Genome-wide measurement of RNA secondary structure in Yeast" [PMID:20811459]. Each nucleotide of more than 3000 Yeast RNAs is characterized by a PARS (parallel analysis of RNA structures) score. Negative PARS scores mean that corresponding nucleotides prefer single-nucleotide conformation, while positive PARS scores denote the double-strand propensity. Data format: Gene ID (column 1), Gene length (column2), PARS scores (column 3). PARS scores are given for all nucleotides in the corresponding RNA separated by semicolons. Warning: if a PARS score for a nucleotide was not measured, it it given as zero.
